Well familiar with construction market conditions & working environment in Pakistan. Spent 9 years in the management & supervision of multistory & other building projects in and around Lahore. Sound knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract.

Having Master Degree in Human Resource Management with over 35 years diversified experience as HR Generalist of proven success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational growth and enhance employee engagement; effective administrative skills focusing optimum use of organizational resources to reduce costs. Having Master Degree in Engineering (Water Resources Engineering) with over 27 years of extensive experience of Environmental and Social Impacts Assessment studies, Resettlement Plans, Planning and Investigations, modeling of potential environmental parameters in the fields of Highways, Irrigation, Flood Protection, Drainage, Infrastructure Development and Multi Storied buildings. Worked on funded projects including WB, ADB, JICA, EU, SIDA and prepared bankable documents.

Tassadaq brings over 36 years of expertise in engineering and construction, excelling in project management and driving business development initiatives. He currently serves as the Regional Lead for Water Resources & Irrigation (WRI) and Water Infrastructure (WI) subsectors in Pakistan at SJ Group, where he plays a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction, managing the profit and loss for the region, and driving operational and technical development.
Faisal Wattoo
Lead Hydropower & Dams
Faisal Wattoo is a seasoned civil engineer with over 23 years of International experience in dams and hydropower projects, many of which have been funded by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and other global funding agencies. His expertise spans in project management, cost estimation, planning and technical documentation.Currently, working as a Lead Dams & Hydropower, Pakistan and responsible for managing D&H Operations in Pakistan.
